Stephane has recently joined the Crime Prevention Unit of Monfermeil, a suburb of Paris. Together with Stephane’s new colleagues Chris and Gwada – both experienced members of the unit – he quickly notices the tension between the local gangs and the local police. Meanwhile, his colleagues have found their own unconventional way of dealing with the criminal clans: Because the city streets are governed by different laws, the officers regularly overstep the boundaries of the law and still consider themselves within the law. When the mascot of a clan leader, a living baby lion, is stolen, the situation in the quarter threatens to escalate. When the trio tries to make an arrest, the police officers are filmed with a drone and their actions set off an avalanche of indignation. So who are the hunted?
